BIONYL F3070 is materials for partially biodegradable films, and has excellent compatibility with conventional plastic resin.

Basic Properties

  • Specific gravity : 1.2 ~1.3
  • Moisture content : 1.0% below
  • MI (Melt Flow Index) : 0.5 ~ 1
  • Main Ingredients : Thermoplastic starch, Biodegradable resin

Characteristics

BIONYL F1000 series

  • is masterbatch for partially biodegradable films
  • is manufactured by the compounding of thermoplastic starch (TPS), (TPS is based on the accumulated starch modification technique of KUBC) and biodegradable resin.
  • is highly compatible with conventional plastics, and films made from mixing with polyethylene retains good physical properties.
  • has excellent processability by conventional equipment.
